Ram Rebel Coating Package
This Ram came into the shop for just an exterior detail but after a good discussion our client saw the benefits of protecting his truck. It will make maintenance much easier and give it a beautiful look for the next 5+ years with proper maintenance.
Prep Work
Lots of prep work goes into getting results like this. This Ram had some heavily soiled dirt baked into the paint, tires and rims. We used a high PH foam canon to safely break up the soil and make it safe for our two bucket wash method. Again using a car soap with agents to remove previous waxes we got this truck looking mint. Follow this up with a chemical decontamination bath to remove embedded brake dust from the paint.
Finishing up the wash we had to keep going before we could lay ceramic coating. We needed to clay bar the entire truck inch by inch making sure the surface was free of any more left over brake dust, iron fallout ect. Running some test spots to find out what polish and pad combo will give the best results.
7 Hours later our results look pretty good. This truck is protected for years to come. Even when it gets dirty it will look clean.
